Steve Atneyel

Steven Atneyel has amassed an extensive technical background in hardware development and delivery. Using the management principles he acquired both from his education at Pepperdine University and his professional experience, Steve has been directly responsible for many unique and successful product launches. As Co-Founder and Director of Operations for Weistec Engineering, Steve assisted in the design of many aftermarket parts and led the calibration engineering department in obtaining various State and Federal Emissions Certifications for the company’s’ products. Identifying a market need in 2016, Atneyel then moved on to become the Engineering Director at Dime Research and Development, which is an engineering firm that specializes in automotive product development. He has overseen a number of OEM contracts and aftermarket product launches, as well as worked directly with factory race teams to compete in various GT3 racing series’. Steven not only supervised all of the aforementioned technical aspects of the company, but also created and directed the vision embodied by its engineering and marketing departments. While these successes and the creation of new parts is exciting for Atneyel, his dedication is now devoted to LM Design which enables him to lead teams into successful product design and rollout. He says there is no greater reward for the work he does than knowing his contribution will be recognized by others as the best in the industry and of the highest quality. Known as a lighthearted leader and a dedicated family-man, Steve enjoys sharing his love of building with his son and lives a life filled with laughter, family barbecues and trips to modern art museums.
