Steve Baltodano

Steve Baltodano (born July 20, 1993, in San José, Costa Rica) is an entrepreneur known for building and scaling companies across SaaS, lead generation, and email infrastructure. He is the founder of Mission Inbox, which reached $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue with 233% year-over-year growth, operating profitably from day one without institutional funding.

Baltodano has held multiple executive roles including Sales Director, Regional Director, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer across U.S. and global SaaS companies. As COO of Senders, an email deliverability company, he contributed to scaling the business to $3 million in annual recurring revenue. Earlier in his career, he grew Talkpush’s Latam operations from a one-person setup to a 13-person team with offices in Mexico and Costa Rica.

He co-founded Gobvio, a lead generation agency that scaled to $500,000 in annual recurring revenue with a team of eight before being successfully acquired by a Canadian group. In addition, he advised businesses on growth strategy, including helping a dental clinic increase revenue from $16,000 to $50,000 per month within a year.
