I'm never happier than when I'm on my bike. It doesn't matter if I'm coaching MTB skills in a sunny forest, or trudging along the roads on a snow-laden commute. There's just some part of my brain that turns circles whenever my legs do.

I manage the bike shop at Coed y Brenin, and run bicycle skills coaching, maintenance courses, and guide locally through Wheelism. Life is pretty sweet.
