Steve Bell
Steve Bell joined Intel Corporation in May 1982 and retired January 2011. 28 years of experiences to share. Steve has held various management positions throughout the company that include manufacturing, quality assurance and information technology. His last position there, he is leading a team of program managers and is responsible for Intel’s internal users productivity and collaboration (with an emphasis within unified communications, team work spaces and social computing). Steve is very passionate when leading people, motivating and leading his teams to go to great lengths to accomplish their passions. Steve recently retired as an ice hockey coach due to a hip replacement. Steve has always felt that sports and competition helped to form his desire to become a leader. His passion for teaching helped drive him to coaching. Steve spent over 20 years volunteer coaching youth sports (especially ice hockey and girls’ fast pitch softball) and was a board member of Arizona High School Hockey Association – a non-profit aimed at administration of high school ice hockey. Today his is he is still active with youth activities but as a site council business member of Haley Elementary in the Chandler School District.
