A Seasoned Executive

I started life on a farm in Wales, with water from a well, light from a candle and old fashioned values: the world has changed but my values haven’t.

I am a seasoned Executive with proven leadership and a solid all-around operating knowledge of business functions and change processes. I have significant knowledge of the economics of sustainable, information and analytical systems, risk and change management and big data cloud solutions.

During the past 15 years I have been involved in sustainability economics and designing change management programmes and solutions for global organisations so they may effectively migrate to improved sustainable operating models. This has included improving economic performance, planning ecological balance pathways and designing social compatibility programmes that enhance their blue ribbon brand position.

I created Granular Resource Economics (GRE™), a financial grade measurement and analysis framework along with a new way of using the P&L to identify and understand 21st century operating risks that could materially affect financial performance. I created a Sustainable Profit & Loss (SP&L™) accounting protocol.
