Steve Cooke is the CEO of Talentxfactor, Inc., where he works with Silicon Valley and Israeli venture capital firms to grow some of the most innovative cybersecurity companies globally.

He is also the President of Hockey Kinetics Inc., providing consulting services in hockey, branding, and program development.

As the founder of the BC Hockey Growth Initiative Foundation, Steve is dedicated to making hockey accessible to all children across British Columbia.

Additionally, he serves as the founding president of the BC Floorball Association, advocating for the growth of floorball in the province. While his professional roles are impressive, Steve's most important role is being the father to two teenage girls.
