Hey there friends! I’m Steve. I’m a teacher living in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. I live with my girlfriend Meg and our loveable pup Finn. I am currently working OT for both elementary and secondary panels and finishing up my Senior for my final high school qualifications. I have worked for the past 6 years on the Elementary Board and just feel that Secondary is where I want to be when it comes to communicating and connecting with my students. Have had the opportunity to gain experience with LTOs in both intermediate and ME classroom settings; where I really got to develop and introduce my classroom management style, and differentiated instruction practices. What I’m most looking forward to in this journey is understanding the curriculum more and broadening my methods of creating a predominantly digital classroom. I am a fan of technology, love to cook, and like to stay active. I am currently working on an individual website where I run my classroom, and various resources and links can be found. Kind of a one-stop-shop idea for any student or parent in need of information or resources…it’s not done just yet but I’ll be asking for comments and criticism through-out this course J
