Steve Crompton is a Customer Success Manager at Yammer (Acquired by Microsoft) in Europe, Middle East & Africa, where he is responsible for helping organizations to improve internal communications and business effectiveness. Steve is passionate about coaching organizations to realize business value by being more open, agile, and collaborative beyond hierarchal silos. Organizations can then realise the benefits of Enterprise Social Networking, encompassing elements of community collaboration, open and transparent culture, and social learning. Steve graduated with a BA in Business Management and Finance from Durham University. His research analyzed the productivity gains as a result of enterprise social networks and is now used as a white paper by a leading US Consultancy.
