I'm an entrepreneur that enjoys applying design thinking principles to build and grow digital businesses. Currently, I am Founder @LaunchLab , Associate Faculty @Ashford University, as well as a health and business coach for multiple executives.

I have eclectic interests but a particually deep passion for travel, health and wellness. As a business coach, I support entrepreneurs working in these sectors to solve difficult product and marketing problems in the early stages of their venture.

As a health enthusiast and nutritional therapist in training, I also enjoy helping executives, innovators and stressed out founders optimize their performance with nutritional therapy and biohacking.

As a global citizen I support multple social causes and am an advocate of The Long Now Foundation, The Rosetta Project, The Electronic Frontier Foundation and Singularity University.
