As a senior swimming coach with Pike's Peak Athletics in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Steve Fair builds on more than 15 years of coaching experience. He has coached swimmers at all levels, from children under the age of 8 to Olympic team candidates, and his athlete roster includes some of the top swimmers in the United States. Coach to a number of state champions, Steve Fair has also worked with sectional and junior national qualifiers, junior team members, and high point earners in sectional competition.

Mr. Fair comes to his current role after serving as head coach for a 130-member team at Cheyenne Mountain Aquatics in Colorado Springs. There he guided all-star competitors, state champions, and sectional champions, as well as swimmers chosen to attend the National Select Camp program.

Mr. Fair has also served as head coach and head age group coach for Windmoor Waves and previously for Rocky Mountain Rapids.. In both roles, he led the senior group of athletes to a number of team records, state qualifiers, and state championships.
