Steve Fastabend

I am an Agile Coach dedicated to helping teams and organizations deliver value in a sustainable and healthy environment . My experience brings a rare perspective that allows me to work across what are sometime seen as organizational barriers.

While at a Fortune 100 company I worked in a variety of roles that included responsibilities in marketing, strategic planning , product selection, development and delivery. I have lead the successful implementation of several global systems.

As vice president of development at a mid-sized product development organization I was responsible for a suite of 12 products that were used in 13 countries.

For the past ten years I have worked in the "Agile" environment. In addition to work as a developer on a scrum team I have experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master and Coach.

As an Agile Coach I have worked with clients in a variety of product spaces including insurance, financing and am currently with a client in the product logistics space. I take a pragmatic approach that focuses on value. I enjoy the variety of work that I do as a coach and I am as comfortable in a product visioning session supports key corporate strategies as I am in a scrum room coaching a team through a difficult working sprint.
