Hi everyone. Once again, I'm running for the Board of Directors and I hope you will come out and vote for me on April 15.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Lived 19 years in the Co-op

- Previously served on the Board 10 times, 8 times as President, plus a term as Treasurer.

- Helped to found the Governance & By-Law Committee

- Completed co-op courses on Co-ops, the Board of Directors, Meetings, Finance and Advanced Chairing

PLATFORM

- Establishing and following a strategic plan

- Making sure housing charges are set according to the co-op's financial needs

- Keeping committees going perpetually by monitoring attendance and meetings; providing them with real authority and allowing them to have meaningful input into board decisions.

- Providing meaningful board reports

- Evaluating management based on objective criteria
