Steven Haver

I'm a facility management professional and entertainment venue executive with twenty years of experience in the construction, operation and management of a variety of venues including sports arenas, performing arts centers, stadiums, and meeting facilities. I started out in the production end of the business, then moved into facility design and construction after receiving an engineering degree.

I recently left the world of the employed to focus on a number of business opportunities including the sales and leasing of commercial properties with NAI Keystone and consulting engagements with Habitat for Humanity of Berks County and Sigma Sound Studios in Philadelphia.

In my free time I enjoy sailing, woodworking, gardening, and old buildings, including fantasizing about getting all the maintenance projects completed on the 1895 Romanesque Revival Brownstone the my lovely wife Karen and
I call home.
