Steve Hoshimi

At CAP Wealth Management in Laguna Hills, California, Steve Hoshimi works with an experienced team of financial planners. As Director of the company’s wealth management division, Mr. Hoshimi directs clients through the complex process of diversifying their financial assets.

Before joining CAP Wealth Management, Steve Hoshimi served as a financial advisor at John Hancock Financial Services, Inc., in Beverly Hills, one of the first insurance companies to offer comprehensive financial planning to customers. Over the course of his 10-year tenure at John Hancock, Mr. Hoshimi brought in numerous new clients. His efforts earned him honors and President's Club awards throughout his tenure.

In 1999, Steve Hoshimi ventured out on his own and started Palisades Wealth Management, a financial service company based in Los Angeles. As President, he oversaw a group of advisors and research team that eventually managed $100 million in client assets.

Steve Hoshimi received a degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 1995, he became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) after passing a rigorous examination administered by the College for Financial Planning.

In his free time, Mr. Hoshimi stays fit by playing golf and basketball. He has volunteered as a Cub Scout Leader for Corpus Christi School in Pacific Palisades and St. Anthony’s Food Program. A supporter of the Red Cross, he contributes to the Wounded Warrior Project, a charity that provides assistance to injured service members.
