Steven Chike

Steven Chike is a Student Recruiting Consultant, with extensive experience working with all organizational levels designing, implementing and facilitating effective strategies that support the recruiting process in both the Middle East /Africa. Steven is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable environment that supports student recruiting.

Working at Hult International Business School, he manages a recruiting team, and Marketing team. Steven was brought into this role to facilitate and manage the student recruiting activities in Africa. He was quickly offered a full time role with the institution and an Associate Director title.

Prior to this role, Steven served at several organizations designing and executing successful integrated marketing and sales campaigns. Sourced and managed relationships with outsourced providers of marketing services and evaluated their effectiveness. His work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of the organization.

Steven’s outstanding strengths include leadership, communication, facilitation and influencing. His successful initiatives have earned him a reputation as a manager with knowledge, integrity and personal service. He has excelled in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment in Dubai with the unique ability to manage and motivate consistent teams from different parts of the world that attain results.

Steven enjoys taking leadership roles. He created and is the Chief Facilitator of Accelerate Your Career Workshops in Africa. He has served on the Board of Directors of Felista and company Limited as well as the Advisory Council to Sonix Venture.

Steven has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Business Information Systems from Middlesex University.
