Hi, I’m Steven D. Silverstein.

My law firm specializes in tenant evictions and has been representing landlords in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties since 1979. My support staff has been with me for more than 17 years and is very knowledgeable about the procedures of all the courts of Southern California. Our main goal in an eviction is to get the tenant out of the premises as quickly as legally possible.

After graduating from Law School in 1978 I opened my practice and I have been doing evictions for over 27 years. I regularly speak at legal seminars to landlords and property managers and even give legal seminars to other attorneys in the continuing education of the bar seminars. I have been asked to sit judge pro tem by all the Orange County Courts. I have extensive experience in rent strike cases which involves jury trials all the way down to the simple court trial. I am not a big mega firm and I am in the office everyday to field questions from clients and prospective clients. I have been accused of being overly aggressive in doing these evictions.
