We find it hard to ask for help or to float an idea, fearing that someone will see we don't have all the answers. But when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, to ask for help, we find the thought partners required to help us realize our vision.

I wake up every day with new ideas that remind me to ask questions and listen for the answers. The one word I have not heard on this journey of collaboration is 'no'. What I've found instead is other creative thought leaders anxious to make an impact by trying something new.

The support we find in collaboration creates a shift, perhaps first in our perception but ultimately in the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
