I am a 46 year old veteran, and father of two.

My experience in the field of Satellite Communications and IT Customer Support comes from my time serving in the U.S. Army.

It includes working under extremely hazardous conditions while ensuring continuous communications support for a multinational task force.

Additional tasks included ensuring physical and informational security; supervising up to 8 subordinates; troubleshooting and repairing various issues with computers, secured networks, VOIP, and tactical communications; and training soldiers from various nations in those tasks.

I was accountable for over $ 1M worth of satellite and networking equipment without any loss or incidents.
