Steven P. Rosenthal
Boston, Massachusetts, United States
Steven Rosenthal is a fitness instructor living in the Boston area. He has been helping both men and women achieve their fitness goals over the last eight years, ever since he earned his NCCA-accredited certification from the National Academy of Sport Medicine at the age of 21. Rosenthal is also CPR-certified.
In addition to his academic training in fitness and exercise, Rosenthal has been taking a holistic approach to getting one’s body in great shape. A lover of food for many years, five years ago, Rosenthal looked at his way of life and habits and realized the importance of good nutrition. Thus he started integrating a Paleo/caveman diet into his life and that of his clients. Today, he lectures around the Boston area on the benefits of eliminating processed foods from the diet.
Steven Rosenthal is very involved with his community in Boston. He gives lectures (at no cost) on his philosophy of “how we can live our best life.” Rosenthal believes it is “never too late” to start getting in shape and that what we put in our mouths and how we stretch our bodies to their limitations is crucial to this goal. He talks about how and why his philosophy has evolved over the years and the importance of a holistic approach – physical, nutritional, spiritual – is vital to overall well being.
In addition to his philosophy on an enhanced way of life, Steven Rosenthal loves to play baseball, hockey and basketball. In his free time, he is an avid spectator at games played by the Boston Bruins. In his next life, he wants to come back as Matt Bartkowski.
