My name is Steven Rivera-Torres and I am 24 years old. Raised in Peachtree City, Georgia, I moved to Orlando in 2010 in order to work for the Walt Disney World Resort, the most visited resort in the world. Disney is the most admired entertainment company worldwide and I wanted to build my career there. Disney has a set of values in which I strive to uphold every day: Balance, Openness, Respect, Courage, Honesty, Integrity, and Diversity. In August 2011, I enrolled in Full Sail University as a student of Entertainment Business in order to further my career within the company. I graduate on October 4th, 2013.

While at the Walt Disney World Resort, I've held many titles and played many roles: cashier, general teller, seater, trainer, coordinator, and guest service manager. I took part in the opening of the largest expansion in Magic Kingdom history. In fact, one of my proudest moments was taking part of the opening of the most technologically innovative restaurant in the U.S.: Be Our Guest.

I am currently a Guest Sevice Manager at Art of Animation, the newest resort at Disney, my passion being food and beverage. I take pride in providing both a magical and memorable dining experience for the guests and providing them both quality and safe food.
