I live in Central London near Vauxhall. I have worked for myself in a variety of consultancy roles since leaving the National Health Service in 1988.

I have worked in over thirty countries lecturing and returned to London from Switzerland in 2003.

I have a number of websites dedicated to both my writing as a published author focusing on life transitions and personal transformation relating to the power of caring.
