Hi there. As someone who eats his salads dry, I can’t claim to be a foodie; however, having consulted for three clients in the food industry I've seen more freezers full of prototype desserts and stacks of meat than most actual foodies care to see. My work has inspired my long-term goal of owning a portfolio of fast-casual restaurants, as few things impact more people than the food we all eat. I have witnessed many ways the industry can improve and am eager to become a player on the field and not just an advisor behind the scenes. Outside of my career, I like to focus on a few other things that matter to me:
Baking – I should qualify my foodie status. I have a troublesome sweet tooth that gets the better of me and my nascent baking talent feeds it far too much.
Education – I received a remarkable education growing up and believe in helping others realize the same value out of theirs that I have from mine.
Family – My family is my world and my successes stem from their support. As an uncle of three, I now have three new reasons to live and a new-found respect for diaper duty.
Authenticity – My friends like to quip whenever I pick up pennies on the street but I do so because it reminds me to take nothing for granted. It makes me who I am and I’m happiest when I stay true to my values.
