Steven Arpaia

A sales and finance professional with an extensive background in new business development, Steven Arpaia currently serves as the director of sales for Cross Border, Inc. In addition to guiding the media company's recent divisional rebranding initiatives, he heads contract negotiations and oversees all account management. Prior to joining Cross Border, Inc., Steven Arpaia directed new business development, marketing, and sales for Michael Page International, an industry-leading executive recruitment consultancy.

Steve Arpaia began his career in equity research before his creativity and skills in project management led him to executive-level sales and business development for R. Seelaus & Company. Steve Arpaia holds an MBA in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University's Silberman School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Steven Arpaia is an avid martial artist, certified personal trainer, and founder of a unique fusion fitness program. He enjoys international travel and holds membership with the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
