Steve Nauert

My primary education was at Palos Verdes High School in California. I then attended various classes and correspondence classes relating to Real Estate and Real Estate finance. My first Real Estate experience was in the 1980’s working for a business brokerage called South Bay Investments: selling liquor stores, dry cleaners, restaurants A large part of my early business career in the restaurant business. I have personally owned and operated 5 restaurants over a 20 year period.

Fifteen years ago I re-entered the Real Estate business with Shorewood Realtors in Redondo Beach, primarily a residential brokerage. I left Shorewood Realtors to start Safari Realty & Loan in 2002. Since that time my staff and I have helped negotiate over 100 transactions for buyers, sellers and partners.

I am currently running Safari Property, Inc., a culmination of 30+ years of business experience. We are purchasing apartment buildings with a 7 to 10 year holding period. We have spent the last 18 months dealing with the Department of Corporations in order to have the ability to sell $100.00 Common Stock Shares, which is great for investors because they can meet minimal income thresholds prior to investing. Our company has the best parts of a Limited Partnership and a public company.
