From urgent care centers to large-scale specialty practices, Steven Blewett has spent decades refining the art and science of physician practice management. He’s a proven expert in revenue cycle oversight, staffing model optimization and interdisciplinary team alignment. At Ascension, Blewett leads a $56M practice that includes two of the top-performing spine surgeons in the country and a team of elite physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) specialists. Under his leadership, the practice has expanded to include multiple satellite clinics, a new physical therapy department and a robust fellowship pipeline in collaboration with UT Austin. Throughout his career — as a Chief Operating Officer, Clinic Operations Director and Physician Liaison — Blewett has consistently elevated healthcare delivery by blending financial strategy, operational excellence and people-first leadership.

Outside of his professional work, Steven Blewett is passionate about giving back. Since 2015, he has served as a Consultant for the MJB Miracle Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families facing critical medical needs.
