Steven Bournazos

Steven Bournazos has degrees from Fordham University, B. S. 1989 and St John's School of Law, J, 1994. He was admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York in 1995 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Eastern & Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. Bournazos has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases. He is a highly experienced civil litigator who has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He has successfully handled a wide variety of cases including complex products liability, labor law, slip and fall, wrongful death and automobile accident cases. In 2011 he and his firm successfully obtained a verdict of $18,681,323 for a worker who was severely burned when lacquer he was applying ignited. This was one of the top verdicts of 2011. In October 2013 the appellate division upheld the award. The pain and suffering portion of the award, $16,000,000, was the highest ever upheld in New York State.
