Steven Carr is the Founder of Your Flex Expert, Scotland’s dedicated platform for flexible workspace discovery and support. With more than a decade of experience across the UK’s flex‑space sector, Steven specialises in helping charities, start‑ups and SMEs access affordable workspace through a free, Scotland‑wide space‑finding service. His mission is to make flexible workspace more accessible, transparent and locally connected.

Since 2013, Steven has held senior operational and commercial roles with leading independent and national operators. He served as General Manager at Clockwise Offices, where he led the launch and lease‑up of the brand’s 400‑desk Edinburgh hub, and has held leadership positions at IWG PLC, Flexplace and Kingsford Estates, where he was Head of Flexible Workspace. His work has consistently focused on occupancy growth, product development and building high‑performing workspace communities.

In 2024, Steven was recognised at the Flexible Workspace Association Awards for Service Excellence, reflecting his commitment to quality, customer experience and sector standards. He is also Co‑Chair and a founding member of the Scottish Flex Forum, where he plays an active role in shaping the future of flexible workspace across Scotland.
