I am very much a people person and I enjoy building a rapport with customers. I have experience working in a call centre as a customer service representative and as such I have developed excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I have a brilliant telephone manner and I am also competent corresponding with customers via email and live chat.

I work successfully as part of a team as well as on my own, able to manage my time efficiently in order to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.

Passionate about delivering first class customer service, I am looking for a new role where I can play to my strengths and continue to provide outstanding customer service for a reputable company, subsequently enhancing my skills in this area.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling, spending time with friends and family and I am a keen sports fan.
