Hello, I’m Steve Neary. Born and raised with a strong sense of my Greek heritage, I was brought up in Connecticut, but my formative years spanned both Massachusetts and Florida. My early ambitions and values were shaped significantly by my mother, a pioneering woman in real estate during a time when it was rare in her field. She instilled in me the importance of perseverance and innovation—qualities I’ve carried throughout my career.

My entrepreneurial journey began while attending the University of Massachusetts. There, along with a family member and a friend, I co-founded a military subcontract manufacturing company. This venture quickly became crucial during Desert Storm, adapting an old mill into a military-approved facility that was quite unique at the time. After selling my shares in that successful endeavor, I ventured into the automotive industry.

Today, I serve as the President of Oneiro Holdings, Inc., an automotive dealership in South Florida. My focus has shifted towards sustainability and technological integration within the automotive sector. I am passionate about not only leading a successful business but also making a positive impact on the environment and our community.

Balancing my professional life with personal time is key, and as a father, I take great pride in being present and involved in my son's life, cherishing every moment we spend together. My life is a testament to the values of resilience, innovation, and familial dedication—from the business strategies I employ to the personal connections I nurture.
