Steven Ford

Prior to starting his own consultancy practice in 2011, Steven spent 24 years in executive positions in Automotive Logistics, Regional Ports and Rail Logistics in Australia and New Zealand. Steven successful grew the businesses he was responsible for from one site with a turnover of $3m in 1992 to over 50 sites with a turnover of $700m spread throughout Australia and New Zealand in 2011.

He is a practical, versatile and talented consultant backed up by significant executive management experience over many years. His key skills include the capacity to be a creative and lateral thinker, the ability to simplify complex issues and develop and execute successful business strategies. He possesses strong communication skills and is able to work effectively from the shop floor to the Boardroom. His excellent people management skills and a passion for developing staff have ensured businesses under his leadership have been successful over many years.

He is an experienced Company Director and is a graduate of the AICD. He has held directorships in a number of joint venture companies and was a trustee director for the Stevedoring Employees Retirement Fund for a number of years.
