Steven Gouletas
Steven Gouletas serves as the CEO of National Rental Services (NRS), which provides property management and leasing services to condominium owners in Orlando, Florida, and Chicago, Illinois. Since 2010, Steven Gouletas has been overseeing NRS as the managing broker in Florida and Illinois. At NRS, Gouletas utilizes various strategies with a focus on helping investment owners to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
Steven Gouletas began his illustrious career while still a student at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration after graduating from Northwestern University. Even before receiving his pair of graduate degrees, he had founded and become the President of Video Conversions International. The company, which he wrote the business plan for as one of his MBA projects, began earning profits as soon as four months after its establishment. In this initial leadership position, Steven Gouletas gained experience as an entrepreneur, overseeing the business until selling it in 1991.
Adding to his inclination for business leadership, Steven Gouletas joined Electronic Realty Associates in 1986, rising to the position of President of ERA Products. With Electronic Realty Associates, Gouletas presided over numerous areas, including the Home Warranty Department, the Seller Security Department, the Referral Department, the Relocation Department, the Marketing Materials Department, and the Insurance Department. Within these departments, he managed approximately 100 employees. In addition, he oversaw customer-satisfaction matters, delegated regulatory responsibilities, and developed strategies for increasing profits in various divisions.
In 2008, Steven Gouletas became a Managing Member and Asset Manager for Dublin 1 Investments/Abby Glenn Apartments, an award-winning realty company. At Dublin 1 Investments, Gouletas oversees profits and losses as well as asset protection, and he also directs the organization. His responsibilities include reviewing monthly financials, approving new marketing programs, guiding capital improvements, and hiring managers, as well as training on-site asset managers. Beyond this, he holds a role as the largest single investor of the company.
