As a Recruiter and Business Development Specialist at Career Management Group, my work spans candidate sourcing, boolean and X-ray search development, submission pipeline management, and hands-on coordination with hiring teams — with a focus on filling difficult roles quickly without sacrificing candidate quality. I'm also growing into a broader sales and business development role within the company.

A working paramedic (NREMT-P) background sets my recruiting work apart — hands-on field experience across high-volume urban 911 systems, rural EMS, hospital-based EMS, and wildland/wildfire response, plus time spent as a field preceptor and contributing to EMS protocol development. Having done the jobs I now help staff gives me a read on candidates and client needs that's hard to get any other way.

Also drawn to building — I like developing new tools, processes, and ventures within the EMS space, applying the same problem-solving mindset to both patient care and business operations.

I'm completing a Bachelor's degree in EMS Management at Columbia Southern University, building on a completed Associate's degree in EMS.
