Steven Keady

Steven Keady is a traveler and adventurer who has thoroughly explored many countries across the globe, from much of the United States to several nations in the northern part of the Africa. Whether he travels by boat, car, or plane, or on foot, Steven Keady takes time to check out local markets, take in majestic views, visit with local people and enjoy their hospitality, and, most importantly, check out local cuisines.

During Mr. Keady’s travels in North Africa, he visited Melilla and Ceuta, two towns in Morocco that have been under the rule of Spain for more than 400 years. There he took time getting to know the locals, enjoying the hospitality of one of their tribes, and exploring their ancient landmarks. Besides Morocco, he visited Madrid and the Spanish Canary Islands.

With a strong passion for Italian food, Steven Keady has visited select regions in Italy to taste some of the finest dishes. He has done this throughout the United States too, having sampled regional food offerings. He readily acknowledges the Italian immigrants who came to the United States and helped to shape the American cuisine and introduce Italian foods. Besides Italian and Italian-American cuisines, he also appreciates Greek and Greek-American cuisines. Always curious of what the world has to offer, Steven Keady has spent considerable time exploring and admiring the unique cultures, scenery, and ethnic foods in other places, including New Zealand, Greece, Australia, and throughout South America.
