I help founders and leadership teams turn ambitious, technically complex companies into scalable businesses.

Over the past 15+ years, I have worked as a CEO, COO, strategic advisor and startup mentor, supporting companies through different stages of their lifecycle, from company creation and fundraising to rapid growth, organizational transformation, governance, operational excellence and M&A preparation.

I have built and scaled organizations, raised and prepared companies for funding, introduced governance, management and KPI frameworks, and worked alongside founders and leadership teams to translate strategy into execution. My experience spans biotech, medtech, healthcare and other innovation-driven environments where technology, people, capital and execution need to come together.

Today, I also build AI-enabled approaches to strategy, operations and organizational design, combining new capabilities with the executive judgment and operational discipline acquired throughout my career. I see AI as a powerful tool to build leaner, faster and more effective organizations as well as to rethink how management, decision-making and execution should work.

I work with founders, boards and investors as a fractional executive and strategic advisor, particularly when a company is entering a new stage and the way it has operated until now is no longer sufficient for what comes next.

I am the founder of raz consulting, CEO of Vixen BIO and a startup mentor with the EBRD.
