$125: Screen and Exercise Program

$250: Screen, Exercise Program, AND 2 follow-up visits over Skype or Google Hangouts (4 weeks total in length).

$300: Screen, Exercise Program, AND 2 follow-up visits in person (4 weeks total in length).

$5,000: Screen, Exercise Program, Weekly Skype/Hangouts call, In person follow-up visits every 4 weeks for 6 MONTHS!
