I am a energetic professional looking for a new opportunity to grow in the field of Education where I can follow my passion for Cultural Understanding, Globalization, and Student Support.
As the Regional Manager (US & Canada) East Coast, I work with a consortium of Universities in the US and UK. Focusing primarily on networking with counselors and helping students identify the best fit institution and program for their university success throughout the Northeast, Midwest, South, and Canada.
After Graduating from Western Michigan University in 2009 I have spent more than three years living in Spain. I have learned so much from the experience and hope to help facilitate the same for other students and professionals.
My passion for working with College students started while I was getting my undergraduate degree where I worked as a Resident Assistant and taught a First Year Seminar Course. I have mentored students from Japan, Sweden, Germany, and Spain and have helped integrate them in the American Culture. After submerging myself with the Spanish culture during an amazing three years I returned to the States where I helped facilitated sponsorship to bring young professionals to New York City and St Claire Shores, MI.
After working for a summer at several English language institutes in Manhattan I accepted an Admissions and Retention Counselor position working with 1800+ International Students at the reputable research institution, Western Michigan University. I am excited to take all that I have learned from my current position to expand my experience in the field of International Services.
