2004 – 2009 Netzel and Associates – Insurance and Financial Services

for the retiree and near retirees in the Phoenix metro valley as well as across Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. Personal producer selling Annuities, Life Insurance, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Prescription drug plans and Long Term Care plans. Servicing over 3500 clients in 3 states and nearly 50 others in remaining states. Contracted with more than 40 insurance companies providing these opportunities to the retiree segment that I marketed to.

2002-2004 Agency Manager - Pyramid Life insurance Company – Territory: Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Montana and Wyoming. Hired and trained over 250 licensed insurance agents to sell to the senior population – Medicare Supplements, Life, Annuities, Long Term Care and miscellaneous health insurance products. Built a sales organization from ground zero. Became one of the top 5 agencies in the United States within the first 12 months. Implemented a strategic plan for hiring and retaining successful sales representatives in this highly competitive market. Grew the agency from zero dollars in force to over $1.5 million in under 2 years. Lead generation, sales presentations, power point, exceeding sales quotas, solutions selling and relationship building.
