Hey, I’m Steven. I’m blessed to be a husband to my awesome wife, & father of two amazing daughters living in the beautiful county of Suffolk, England, United Kingdom.

Having faced a long and sometimes turbulent battle with my mental health, I feel so thankful to now be finding such a solid and firmly grounded recovery, with a life that I almost never dared dream was possible.

I am an active & passionate advocate of all things wellness and am committed to carrying to others the truth, that recovery from mental health disorders, and addiction, is very much real, absolutely doable and from my own experience, 100% worth what it takes!

I am an entrepreneur at heart with various online, and local, business interests & I very much enjoy writing, ongoing learning & education, and all things gadget & technology!

Music is part of me and my life and always has been, my Dad was a semi-professional lead guitarist, starting right back in the 60s and played, with his band, to many, many audiences for over 30 years. I love to embrace and enjoy all different genres myself, and occasionally dabble (indulge!) in songwriting with my own guitar.

And Movies, well what can I say? Who doesn't love a good (if sometimes completely cheesy...) Blockbuster!.
