Director-Actor-Writer. Been in the biz for nearly 30 years. Has performed on Broadway, National Tours, Regionally, as well as TV/Commercials and Film. Steven has directed Off-Broadway and Regionallly, Musicals and Plays. He teaches a 'Musical Theatre GYM' class for singers-actors to work on songs and monologues for auditions, cabaret and even the shower. As the Director of Musical Theatre Development at The WorkShop Theater in Midtown Manhattan, Mr. Petrillo hosts readings and workshops for musical writers every month, as well as bringing in guest teachers for various seminars and classes. Steve loves the collaborative process between writers, directors and actors, and looks forward to continuing to inspire and challenge actors, and nurturing new works from 'unsung' writers.
