Steven Pinkert

A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Miami Graduate School of Business Administration, Steven Pinkert possesses a wide range of skills in the legal, business, and medical fields. Currently, Mr. Pinkert serves as a Managing Partner of Pinkert and Marsh, PA in Miami.
Prior to Pinkert and Marsh, PA, he was the managing partner of the Pinkert Law Firm, PA. Mr. Pinkert provides legal representation and consultation in areas such as real estate law, immigration law, and import and export between Asia and South America. Mr. Pinkert is licensed to practice law by the United States District Court in the Southern, Middle, and Northern districts of Florida.

Before establishing the Pinkert Law Firm, Steven Pinkert worked for the Office of the Public Defender of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. He held the position of Assistant Public Defender and worked in the County Court Division, the Felony Division, and the Capital Litigation Unit. In this last position, Mr. Pinkert concentrated mostly on insanity defense and competency to stand trial.

Also a member of the American Medical Association, Steven Pinkert received his Doctor of Medicine from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. Before pursuing a career in the legal field, Mr. Pinkert operated a private psychiatry practice, and he has experience working with medical students and interns as a Clinical Assistant of Psychiatry.
