In addition, I establish excellent relationships through timely, relevant, professional communication, and superior customer support. I effectively articulate complex technical concepts to users of varying understanding both verbally and in writing. Skilled in providing written documentation of communication and technical issues for future reference and use.

I am a knowledgeable individual with a desire to pursue continuing education in an ever changing technology environment. I posses a great capacity to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting all deadlines. Able to use administrative procedure and, when necessary, managerial guidance to make decisions that provide compliant resolutions which are favorable to any company and their clients.
