Steven Riddle
Steven Riddle of Perrysburg, Ohio, possesses considerable experience working in the field of education. He spent several years in the Toledo public school system, where he served as a teacher, coach, principal, and Director of TAAP Leadership. Recognized as a Jennings Scholar, Steven Riddle also received a "20 under 40" award, which honors influential leaders.
Today, he works with a number of schools and organizations as Academic Learning Club's Executive Director. Directing the Toledo-based consulting firm since 2009, Riddle manages all aspects of operations, staffing, marketing, and consulting. Academic Learning Club provides a variety of educational consulting services to over fifty tutoring centers, nonprofit organizations, and day-care facilities. Web and technology services, professional development, and education camps for students are just a few of the firm's offerings.
In addition to his position at Academic Learning Club, Steven Riddle serves as an Educational Consultant with J. Funk Consulting. Providing services with the Maumee firm since 2006, he works directly with educators, administrators, students, and the community to improve test scores and retention. A graduate of the University of Toledo, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Education. Riddle obtained his administrative license through the institution as well and later received his superintendent license through the University of Findlay.
Outside of his work in education, Steven Riddle provides a full range of home improvement and landscaping services to Perrysburg and Bowling Green residents. He also works with senior citizens and widows on various home projects through his business, Riddle Services. An experienced disc jockey, he regularly donates his services to local organizations as well. In his leisure time, Riddle enjoys boating and relaxing with his family.
