I have been in the Customer Service / Sales / Management / Customer Retentions / Marketing business for more than a decade now. I have developed all the necessary skills and adjustments needed by any client and any company. I take pride with my ability to retain customers and sales training.

I am a man who believes in the power of positivity. For me, there is always something good out of anything, and that giving up is for rookies. At the young age of 19, I already started working with BPO companies. Just at my 4th month at my first job, I was promoted to a higher tier and before my 8th month, I became a part of the elite top tier officers. Now I'm running 30's, and I never stopped believing in myself and what I stand for. Wherever I work, I give 100% a minimum effort, and 400% the preferred effort.

I always go the "EXTRA MILE" for whatever I do, and that is why I lead.
