Steven Rudolph

I am an American educator and entrepreneur living in India, where I serve as Director of Education at Jiva Institute. I have been active in developing learning tools that enable individuals to better achieve their potential. These days I am most recognized for my personality theory called "Multiple Natures" and the Multiple Natures Test that helps individuals identify their unique personality types and the careers that match. I've written a best-selling book called the 10 Laws of Learning (Random House) that helps parents create effective learning environments, and have authored and published over 70 educational products including textbooks, educational software apps, training packages, and more. I am founder-director of Jiva Public School (Faridabad), a unique institution of learning that is based on my learner-centered approaches. I am also a director of Jiva Ayurveda. My work has earned me the Ed Leadership Award and World Summit Award.
