Steve has worked on many real estate and development projects throughout his career, including with Sandstone Group, the company he founded in 2003. Sandstone Group develops and invests in quality real estate projects – from single-family developments to larger multifamily communities. Sandstone Group also provides Strategic Consulting Services related to real estate and development, with expertise in complicated acquisitions/due diligence, asset enhancement and distressed asset transactions, among others.
