After having worked in several agencies, I got the taste of making communication that matters. Communication that matters for the client... is communication that delivers ROI. To prove ROI, I've specialized in communication that is measurable, so that we can scientifically prove the impact we have on an advertisers business. Measurability is embedded in relationship marketing (both on- and off-line) but also in all new technologies that are emerging today. It's my personal quest to change advertising's brand image from 'people who are making nice and funny things' to 'people who have a real impact on my business by dealing sensibly with the allocated budget'. That's also the aim of Mia, the advertising agency where I'm currently client service director... and glad to say in a position to fulfill my personal quest!
