Inspired by his father, Steven Yari began his journey in real estate more than 30 years ago in New York City. Realizing the potential for development in the Southwest, he moved to the region in the 1980s, where he and his brother, Shawn, developed properties in the local market.
Along with his brother, Steven Yari founded Stockdale Capital Partners, which specializes in real estate development and investment for a range of asset classes primarily in the Southwestern region of the United States. Stockdale Capital Partners has 3 offices in Scottsdale, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, and Sugarland, TX.
As a prominent developer, Steven Yari successfully integrates the principles of a small, family-owned business within an operations-focused empire that includes diverse markets. Steven is based out of Stockdale’s California office.
Steven Yari has been instrumental in Stockdale's success as a leading firm with more than $2.0 billion of owned assets. Steven Yari has established a diversified portfolio encompassing high-rise commercial and residential buildings, industrial business centers, shopping malls, retail centers, hotels and single family housing tracts.
Despite the economic downturn of the 1990s, Steven and his brother were able to leverage nearly $500 million in total transaction value for a family portfolio consisting of nearly $2 billion in asset value.
Over the past several years, the Yaris have attained several institutional partners and established promising joint-ventures to diversify the Stockdale side of the business.
