Maybe rum running was in the blood?

Perhaps it began in 1669 when John (H)Orne was issued a license to sell "Strong Waters" in Salem, MA.

Maybe the seeds were sown with Timothy Orne Jr. who in the 1750's sailed fish to Barbados returning with molasses and barrels of Caribbean rum to Salem.

It was cinched over years of adventures on the water, the mountains and the cays of Abaco with business partner and 2nd cousin Eric. We were destined to be rum runners.
