Steve Pantalemon

I am a Southern California–based entrepreneur, real estate investor, and media business owner. I was born in New York and raised in Orange County, where growing up with older sisters shaped how I see responsibility, empathy, and leadership.

I built my career in residential real estate by focusing on acquiring, remodelling, and managing properties with a long-term mindset. Over time, I developed and managed a portfolio of 13 homes using a mix of short-term and long-term rental strategies. I stay closely involved in evaluating properties, planning renovations, and making day-to-day decisions. I believe patience and consistency matter more than speed.

Alongside real estate, I own P5 Video Production, a company focused on video storytelling, branding, and content creation. Through this work, I combine business discipline with creativity, helping ideas be communicated clearly and purposefully.

Philanthropy is an important part of my life. I actively support organisations that serve women, children, and families, including Laura’s House, Children in Toyland, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Through the P5 Group foundation, I also support sober living initiatives that help individuals rebuild stability and maintain long-term recovery.

Outside of work, I enjoy food and wine, cooking, hiking, fitness, real estate scouting, and video production.
