Hello everyone! I am Steve...a jack of all trades, and a master of many.
With over ten years of experience in the ever changing restaurant industry, I have amassed experience in operations management, training, information technology, project management, and marketing through multiple promotions into several different departments for El Pollo Loco, Incorporated.
What was considered a summer position in 2006 became a long-lasting career that has provided me with a learning experience in different business settings, giving me the best tools of the trade in the industry. My experience and years dedicated to education make me a uniquely diversified candidate capable of mastering a wide variety of positions limited only by my ambition and eagerness to learn.
My most recent advancement outside of El Pollo Loco was becoming the Director of Marketing Communications for an online retailer specializing in greeting cards, apparel, and accessories for cancer patients called LumpyCards. In what is currently a Pro-Bono part-time position as the company grows, I have managed to work concurrently with the team to increase brand exposure.
